The double knife/blade flymesh pleating machine is an automated knife folding equipment designed for mesh materials such as door and window mesh, industrial filter screens, etc. It adopts a double-knife synchronous pleating system and high-precision servo mechanisms to quickly complete the uniform pleats, meeting the needs of large-scale production.

It can reach 20-30 meters/minute (depending on the thickness of the material) and is compatible with various materials such as polyester, glass fiber, stainless steel mesh (recommended weight 80-300g/㎡)

The blade can be integral or segmented, and the length is customized up to maximum 3.7 meters. The preheating and back pressure devices are optional according to customer needs.
